CompuStocx GmbH ("CSX") warrants all products for any technical or mechanical defficiency due to missproduction or manufacturing errors. In accordance with our general RMA regulations, we replace all defective parts with new or refurbished parts instantly. All missfunctionalities due to mishandling or physical damages to any parts or products will automatically cancel its warranty and will be returned to customer. All CSX memory modules carry a CSX Warranty Label, which must not be removed, other wise warranty is void. To claim warranty exchange, no RMA number is required. However, a short faulty description should accompany all defective parts, and the system description, in which our product has caused difficulties.
Warranty Period
The following CSX products carry a life time warranty:
- Flash Memory Cards ( Compact Flash Cards, Multi Media Cards, Secure Digital Cards, Smart Media Cards)
- Memory modules
- Memory upgrades
- Flash-Adapter
